What materials are the products made from?
For all products from the JAfein! Assortment, only high-quality and sustainable materials are used.
How should I care for the products?
All YES! Products can be conveniently cleaned in the washing machine, although a gentle wash at a low temperature is recommended to protect the materials. In general, it is recommended to prefer delicate or hand washing to prevent unforeseeable damage to the various materials. It is important to note that not all items are suitable for the dryer.
What weight are the bags suitable for?
All dog carrier bags are suitable for dogs up to 8 kg, the car travel bags up to 10 kg.
How can I pay for my order?
You can conveniently pay via VisaCard, Mastercard, Paypal, SOFORT, Apple Pay, EC or Klarna.
Which parcel service do you use for deliveries?
We ship with DHL both within and outside of Germany.
How long is the delivery time?
All orders within Germany received by 5 pm will be prepared for dispatch on the same day and delivered within 1-2 working days.
What should I do if I'm unsure about the size or quality of the product?
Please contact our customer support at any time by e-mail, via the contact form or by telephone during our service hours. We are happy to answer all your questions and support you with any uncertainties you may have on any topic or product.
Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with the product I ordered?
Yes, of course! If you're not satisfied with an item, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your package (this applies only to customers within the European Union). What happens if my desired item is sold out?
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we are very sorry. Please take a look at our other designs – perhaps the right size is available there. Or send us a short email to info@jafein.shop and we will help you and provide information about current availability.
Is registration required?
No, you will be asked to enter your information after you have selected your desired items. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). You have the option to order as a guest or create a customer account. A customer account allows you to enter your username and password for future orders without having to re-enter your information.
What exactly is PU leather?
This leather is dyed-through split cowhide with an embossed or dyed surface. Split leathers are generally not very durable, but the polyurethane (PU) coating makes the leather completely water- and dirt-repellent, thus increasing its lifespan.
