CUSTOMER RETURN

Should you have made a mistake with your order or if a product was damaged during shipping, that's no problem. Our customer service team is happy to assist you! For a quick resolution, we recommend contacting us by phone or email. We'll be happy to help.

Of course, you have the option of returning the ordered products to us within 14 days. To ensure a smooth process, please place the products you wish to return back into the package. Don't forget to affix sufficient postage to the return shipment and send it to the following address:

Once your return has arrived, it will be processed immediately. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept unopened and unused products. Thank you for your understanding.
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or type, please return the unwanted items to us and then place a new order.
We kindly ask you to refrain from refusing delivery as a return method. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods in any case. Please note that refusing delivery will incur higher shipping costs than a regular return.

Please note that exchanges and refunds are excluded for discounted goods and items sold at trade fair prices.

REFUND

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please note that the credit to your account may take slightly longer depending on your bank or payment provider.
