CUSTOMER RETURNS

If you made a mistake with your order or a product was damaged during shipping, that's no problem. Our customer service is happy to assist you! For a quick solution, we recommend that you contact us by phone or email. We're here to help.

Of course, we offer you the option of returning the ordered products to us within 14 days. To ensure a smooth process, please put the delivery note you received and the products you wish to return back in the package. Do not forget to stamp the return sufficiently and send it to the following address

After we have received your return, it will be processed immediately. For hygiene reasons, please note that we can only take back unopened and unused products. We ask for your understanding.

For example, if you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color or type, you can also return the unwanted items to us and then place a new order.

We ask that you refrain from refusal as a return method. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods in any case. Please note that refusal to accept will incur higher shipping costs than a regular return.

REFUND

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the return. Please note that it may take a little longer for your account to be credited depending on your bank or payment service provider.
